Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Codeforless (“the Service”), provided by Codeforless (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking a session or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Codeforless is a pay-as-you-go AI coding service. You purchase one or more sessions, and during each session you have access to an isolated workspace with an AI agent and a set of pre-installed development tools.

Account & eligibility

You only need a valid email address to book a session. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

Sessions & balance

• Sessions are sold in 1-hour blocks. Packages are available in multiple sizes.
• You can extend an active session by another session if you have balance available.
• Sessions are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions expire at the end of that period.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing displayed at checkout is the price you pay, excluding any taxes that apply to your jurisdiction. We may update pricing at any time, but changes will not affect sessions you have already purchased.

Refunds

If a session fails because of a platform issue on our side, contact us at hello@codeforless.net and we will refund or credit the affected session. Sessions consumed without a platform issue are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate the law, infringe intellectual property, or harm others.
• Run malware, mining workloads, denial-of-service tools, or other prohibited workloads.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, access other users' sessions, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the code, files, and other content you create or bring into your session. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service.

Third-party services

Sessions include access to AI models provided by third parties. Their availability, behavior, and pricing may change, and use may be subject to their own policies.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
